If you aren't rolling with 100% satisfaction, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure wheels, plugs, and tools are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn Heelys back in their original shoe box, ensuring all accessories like wheels and the heel tool are tucked safely inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
